Six months of coaching for neurodivergent entrepreneurs who are done with advice that wasn't written for them.

You know that feeling where you've attended the webinar, bought the course, highlighted the book, genuinely understood all of it — and then sat down to implement it and just... couldn't?

Or the one where you look at other business owners and they seem so sorted. So organised. So on top of their quarterly planning and their revenue targets and their content calendars. And you're sitting there feeling like you'll never be a proper business owner. Like everyone else got a manual you somehow missed.

You know the specific exhaustion of having so many ideas that the abundance itself becomes overwhelming. The loneliness of building something largely on your own, knowing you can't work 50-hour weeks and having no desire for a team, and quietly wondering how you're supposed to make this work. The way it feels physically sick-making when someone mentions quarterly planning or revenue targets or — god — a content strategy.

You didn't miss the manual.
The manual wasn't written for you.
Running a sustainable neurodivergent business is possible.

Not the hustle version.
The actually you version.

This isn't a coaching programme where I hand you a formula and send you off to implement it. There's no guru here. No one true way. No off-the-shelf strategy that worked for someone else and gets presented as universal truth.

Partner in Crime is exactly what it sounds like. I'm your partner. I walk alongside you. We figure out your version of this together — using a mix of coaching, strategy and mentoring that's built around you, your brain, your energy, and your actual life.

I'm AuDHD. I've been running my own neurodivergent business for over 15 years and I've made most of the mistakes you're either making right now or quietly dreading. I get it not because I've studied it, but because I've lived it — the feast and famine, the implementation paralysis, the chronic undercharging, the loneliness of building something on your own when you've never quite felt like you fit the standard business owner mould.

That lived understanding changes how we work together. You won't be managed into someone else's system. You won't be made to feel like your brain is the problem. My work is trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming, which means we start from the assumption that you're not broken. Everything we build starts from there.

Working with Jo might just be the smartest thing I've done for my business. I have recommended working with Jo to countless people because I honestly feel that they can get such great benefits from this work.

what shifts

This is where it gets real.

When you have someone in your corner who actually gets it — who doesn't need the backstory, who won't accidentally make you feel like your brain is the problem — something unlocks.

You stop spending energy explaining yourself. The low-level shame about how you run your business starts to lift. Not because things are suddenly perfect, but because you're finally building around what's actually true for you instead of what you think should be true.

You start to trust yourself. You get clearer on what actually matters and what's just noise. Sales and marketing stop feeling excruciating because you find ways to do them that don't require performing as someone else.

You stop second-guessing every decision. The ideas stop piling up as evidence of your chaos and start becoming the asset they always were.

And yes, your income grows. Often a lot. But the real thing — the thing that's hard to put into words — is finally feeling like you're not failing at something everyone else finds easy. Because you never were. You were just using the wrong tools.

what we work on

There's a shape to this.

There's no rigid programme — every partnership looks different. But there's a shape to the work that most people move through.

01
Getting clear.

We start with a proper inventory. What's working? What's already in place? Where are you spending energy that's draining you? What are you avoiding and why? No judgement. Just honest assessment.

02
Building the foundations.

Money, messaging, and self-belief. Making sure what you charge actually reflects the value of your work. Getting your message clear and aligned with who you actually are — not a polished version you can't quite maintain. And working through the self-doubt and overthinking that's been quietly tripping you up, because left unchecked, it will undermine every strategy we put in place.

03
Working with your energy.

Making sure the way your business is set up actually suits how you work. Looking at your energy patterns, your capacity, your natural rhythms. Cutting what drains you. Building around what doesn't. Your business should support you — not slowly drain the life from you.

04
Keeping you moving.

This is where we get hands-on — copywriting, product and service design, whatever you need to stop getting stuck in overthinking and scattered focus and keep moving forward at a pace that actually suits you. And we make sure what we build is sustainable, so you're not back to square one in six months.

Jo's combination of straightforward business knowledge and genuine support has helped me show up in my business in a big way. From sales conversations to creating courses, Jo has been a trusted adviser at every step. Definitely not your usual business coach — but in the best possible way.

What this looks like
in real life.

Eli came to me working incredibly hard. Her work is brilliant. But she was massively undercharging, and the thought of raising prices felt scary in the way that only makes sense if you've spent years being told you're too much or not enough.

We tightened her messaging so she could actually convey the magic of working with her — and more importantly, so she could own it herself. She needed to believe it before her clients would. Then we changed her pricing model so she had to sell far less to make the money she needed. We cut away what felt draining so she could focus on the work that gave her energy.

Within a few months she'd 10x'd her monthly income. No burnout. No extra hours. Just finally working with her brain instead of against it.

"Working with Jo, I never felt stuck. Whenever I hit a snag, she was there to say 'OK, let's work out what's going on here.' As an Autistic entrepreneur with ADHD I found her neurodivergent-friendly approach invaluable — and very rare."

the practicalities

What working together
actually looks like.

The kickoff call — 90 minutes.

Longer than a usual session because there's a lot of ground to cover at the start. We want to hit the ground running, not spend three sessions getting up to speed.

Fortnightly calls — one hour each.

Regular enough to keep momentum, spaced enough to give you time to actually do things between sessions.

Light email and WhatsApp support in between.

You're never stuck spiralling on your own waiting for the next call. If something comes up, you can reach out. That's the point.

Six months in total.

Long enough to actually build something. Short enough that we stay focused.

No rigid structure. No homework you'll dread.
Just consistent support at a pace that suits you.
investment

Six months.

£1800 in full  ·  or 6 monthly payments of £300

Undercharging and underselling yourself is already costing you more than this. The exhaustion costs you. The burnout costs you. Spending years working hard and still not making enough costs you.

This is an investment in finally building something that works for your brain. In having someone in your corner who gets it without needing it explained.

If you have Access to Work funding, we can absolutely use that. Just mention it when you book. Book a free discovery call →

You'll book a free discovery call — 45 minutes, no pressure, no weird sales tactics.

02

We'll talk about what's actually going on in your business right now, what's feeling stuck, and whether this is the right fit. I'll tell you honestly if I don't think it is. You can ask me anything.

03

If it feels right for both of us, we'll sort the paperwork, book the kickoff call, and you'll have my WhatsApp from day one.

No hard sell. No manufactured urgency.
Just a proper conversation.
questions

Things people
usually ask.

I've tried coaching before and it didn't work for me.

That's really common for neurodivergent people. A lot of coaching was designed with a very specific type of brain in mind — one that responds well to accountability structures, action plans, and consistent linear progress. If that's not you, the coaching wasn't wrong. It was just the wrong fit. This is different.

I'm worried I don't have the capacity for this right now.

That's worth talking about on the discovery call. But I'd gently say — if you're already running on empty, that's often a sign that the way your business is set up isn't working for you. That's exactly what we'd address. We work at a pace that suits you, not a pace that burns you out further.

Is this just mindset work?

No. There's strategic, practical, hands-on work throughout — messaging, pricing, offers, copy, however you need. But I won't pretend the internal stuff doesn't matter, because it does. Self-doubt and overthinking will undermine every strategy we put in place if we don't look at them honestly. We do both.

I have Access to Work funding. Can I use it?

Yes, absolutely. Just mention it when you book your call and we'll work out the details.

What if I'm not sure it's right for me?

That's what the call is for. Book it. We'll figure it out together.

is this right for you

Still wondering?

Probably yes if...

You're neurodivergent (diagnosed, self-identified, or questioning), you've been in business for a bit but you're stuck or underearning, and you want to grow without burning out or pretending to be someone else. If you're willing to look honestly at what's working and what isn't, even when that's uncomfortable. If you want a partner, not a guru.

Probably not if...

You want a formula, a quick fix, or someone to just tell you exactly what to do. There's plenty of that out there. This isn't it.

And if having a fellow neurodivergent business owner in your corner — someone who has genuinely been where you are and doesn't need the whole backstory explained — sounds like exactly what you need right now, I'd love to talk.
