It’s fair to say that there isn’t one clear definition for either coaching, mentoring or masterminding. As an evolving industry, there’s still confusion and difference of opinion as to which is which.

Some people call themselves coaches – when others would call what they do consulting or mentoring. Some folks call themselves mentors yet they’ve not had extensive experience in the area they’re mentoring around.

And when it feels like everyone and their dog is in a mastermind, how do you know what you need?
