Andrea is funny and honest in a way that only someone who has spent time REALLY getting to grips with the ridiculousness, beauty and pain of life can.
You might remember that I’ve interviewed her before for the podcast about how she built a REALLY successful Life Coaching business and about our shared concerns and frustrations for the coaching industry (we really bonded on that one and discovered we both shared some strong opinions about the myths and BS out there.)
Now she’s written her second book with the completely un-ignorable title of ‘How To Stop Feeling Like Shit: 14 Habits That Are Holding You Back From Happiness’ and it’s pretty awesome. Funny, warm, honest and practical – just like the author. I laughed. I cried. I cringed in recognition. And I got my notebook out and got to work on the tools and exercises in the book. In a self-help world filled with a lot of fluff – it’s really good to find a book that delivers what it promises – actionable, practical tools for change.
